The hotel offers spacious and airy rooms, but some may have issues with heating. The friendly service compensates for any inconveniences, such as the absence of a lift. The location is ideal for activities in the Fleetwood/Blackpool area, although proximity to the toilet door could be better. Dining is satisfying with hot plates, yet breakfast might not be worth the cost. The facilities overall provide good value for money, and the sea-front setting is marvelous.
